嘉宏星光城项目涵盖住宅、酒店和商业业态,建成后将成为常州西部首个具有未来时尚感的综合体。设计顺应城市环境及人的行为方式进行塑造,通过差异化肌理和有热度的场所营造,在城市展示界面上打开一个高潮节点,形成有记忆点的商业场所。

设计在地块西北方向强化商业聚集性,面对用地小且呈狭长三角形的地块,必须使用空间借用手法,以实现酒店和商业综合体的功能共享。将酒店落位于黄河西路一侧,不仅具有极强昭示性,更能保持流线的相对独立。

打破传统落位模式,减少酒店一层占地面积,通过底层空间相互借用,创造更多公共空间,实现形体上相连、功能上共享的穿插布局。将主要近地空间留给商业,最大程度实现地面1-3F的商业价值,酒店塔楼落位紧跟商业,1-3F与商业互通,四层以上为酒店客房,实现功能的互补与延伸。


The Jiahong Starlight City project will be a residential, hotel and commercial complex. When completed, it will be the first futuristic complex in western Changzhou. The design is shaped in accordance with the urban environment and people's behavior. Through differentiated texture and hot place construction, a climax node is opened on the urban display interface and a commercial place with memory points is formed.
The design strengthens the commercial aggregation in the northwest of the plot. Facing the plot with small land and a narrow triangle, space borrowing must be used to realize the function sharing between the hotel and the commercial complex. The hotel is located on the west side of the Yellow River Road, which not only has a strong publicity, but also can keep the relative independence of the streamline.
Break the traditional seating mode, reduce the floor area of the hotel, and create more public space through the borrowing of the ground floor space, so as to realize the interspersed layout connected in form and shared in function. The main near ground space is reserved for commerce, to maximize the commercial value of ground 1-3F, the hotel tower is located closely with commerce, 1-3F is interworking with commerce, and more than four floors are hotel rooms, to achieve the complementation and extension of functions.
